The annual ARANGKADA Philippines Forum of the Joint Foreign Chambers of the Philippines occurred on December 6, 2022 at the Manila Marriott Hotel in Pasay City. ARANGKADA Philippines is the major advocacy of the Joint Foreign Chambers (JFC) a partnership between the American, Canadian, Australian-New Zealand, European, Japanese,and Korean chambers of commerce and the Philippine Association of Multinational Companies Regional Headquarters, Incorporated to increase investment and employment in the Philippines launched in 2010.
The project provides a platform for collaborative engagement among business leaders, industry experts, and representatives from the public sector, the diplomatic community, and the media. This year’s theme is Reform, Rebuild, Recover that focused on how policy reforms can accelerate and sustain economic recovery. Discussed in the forum were the consequent legislative priorities and recommendations to help rebuild sectors most affected by the pandemic. President Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr. graced the event and recognized JFC’s vital role as an active partner in promoting investment opportunities and sought for its continued support in helping boost the Philippines’ investment competitiveness and liberalization of foreign investments.
