1. TTE form signed by the exporter and endorsing head officer.
2. Copy of applicant’s passport identification, front and back pages with signature.
3. Letter of invitation pertinent to travel or any documents that could warrant the validity of said travel.
4. Exporter’s age must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
