The Small Business Corporation (SBCorp), the financing arm of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), offers a variety of programs and services to support Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Philippines. These programs include:

  1. Rise-Up Multi-Purpose Loan: This loan program caters to multi-sectoral MSMEs, including existing SBCorp borrowers. It aims to provide financial assistance to help these enterprises grow and thrive
  2. Rise Up Tindahan: Specifically designed for sari-sari stores, retail stores, dealers, and distributors, this loan program operates under the network of partner fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) companies.
  3. MSME Financing Programs: A range of financing options tailored to meet the needs of MSMEs, helping them access the capital they need for expansion and development.
  4. Pondo sa Pagbabago at Pag-asenso (P3): This program offers small starter entrepreneurs loans at a low interest rate of only 2.5% per month. It aims to support business growth and reduce reliance on high-interest lending schemes like the 5-6 lending system.
